Bottom of the fridge pasta

After a week of fabulous gourmet blog-tastic experiences and a lot of late nights, the cupboard was again looking somewhat bare. Though I did manage to find some approaching use-by-date smoked back bacon, double cream, a lightly sad leek and some cheese in the bottom of the fridge. I guess pasta it is then!

And actually it was exactly what I needed; I feel fortified for some serious Christmas shopping tomorrow and perhaps a little decking the halls…! Oh and of course a new week of eating!
