Dippy aspargus

After much deliberation, possibly too much, I finally found some time to plunge my pert spears into some boiling water - this week has been crazy busy with work deadlines but at least this is quick to prepare and cook.
I snapped the spears at their breaking point, and saved the ends for an asparagus soup on another day. The eggs got just three minutes and eschewing my egg cups I decided that today I'd serve my eggs in a Harvey Nichols Baci espresso cup - as you do! Well I do anyway!
And my first asparagus of the season - very tasty - so what to do with the next batch?
