After some serious indulgence in the last week or so I thought I should exercise restraint this weekend. Yesterday I had just a lovely bowl of organic field mushrooms with a creamy pesto sauce and today I had an Aberdeen Angus beef burger with mâche, creamy leeks and a dollop of stunning pesto. Look, no potato!
After some serious indulgence in the last week or so I thought I should exercise restraint this weekend.
