When is an olive not an olive?
I spotted some delectable little beef olives stuffed with a horseradish sauce in Waitrose Food & Wine that I haven't tried before. Unfortunately my local Waitrose doesn’t sell them but I finished off today’s appointments in Canary Wharf so I have a little more choice for tonight’s dinner. And rather fabulously I served the ubiquitous lamb’s lettuce leaves with the plumpest of fresh raspberries heavily doused in Belazu balsamic vinegar. Hmmm, mmmm.
